Crop cultivation in China is very mature, in planting production, if you want to ensure its yield and quality. Then fertilization is very important, and in recent years, the application of farm manure is becoming more and more popular. When we apply farm manure, it is necessary to fully mature and ferment it. So how to ferment farm manure? The following editor brings you the fermentation technology of farm manure, let's have a look!

1. Loose accumulation method

A fermentation technique of farm manure commonly used by many people is the loose accumulation method. First of all, we should collect the fresh animal feces and urine and accumulate them in the compost area to maintain a loose environment. In the process of accumulation, there should be a good ventilation. In order to accelerate the decomposition and maturity of animal feces and urine in a high temperature environment, and advance the use time. If the loose accumulation method is used, mature farm manure can be produced in a short time. But the disadvantage is that in the process of fermentation, nitrogen and other nutrients are lost greatly, which is only suitable for use when fertilizer is urgently needed.

2. Compact stacking method

If you want to ensure that nutrients will not be lost when ripening, then the tight accumulation method is very important. Like the loose accumulation method, animal manure and urine are first piled up in the compost site and pressed in the process of accumulation. If the fertilizer is too dry, you can add the right amount of water to keep it moist. Keep the height of the fertilizer pile at about 2 meters. After all the fertilizers have been accumulated, cover them with soil. Then keep the temperature at about 20-30 degrees. This method can ensure the content of humus in farm manure and reduce the loss of nitrogen elements. However, the speed of ripening is relatively slow, and it will take about half a year if it is fully mature.

3. Cross stacking method

When fermenting farm manure, many people not only want to shorten the time of ripening fermentation, but also do not want to lose too much nitrogen. As a result, there is a loose and tight cross-stacking method. First of all, the farm manure is loosely piled up outside the circle to promote fermentation. Then after about three days, when the temperature of the fertilizer pile reaches about 60 degrees, you can continue to increase the organic fertilizer and accumulate it layer by layer. Raise its height to a closely packed height, and then seal it with soil to control the temperature and prevent air from entering. To avoid nutrient loss and water evaporation, it can be semi-rotten in about two months, and it only takes about 4 months if it is fully mature.

4. Rapid treatment of microflora

First of all, spread out the farm manure that needs to be mature, and then sprinkle it with an appropriate amount of ripening agent, and pay attention to controlling the proportion. After spreading, it is turned over to ensure that the ripening agent can be fully mixed with farm manure. Then stack the farm manure and keep the height at about 80 centimeters. Then insert the thermometer in the stack at an angle of 45 degrees. Observe about twice a day, if the temperature exceeds 60 degrees for two consecutive days, then it should be turned over. Wait until the farm manure does not smell, the temperature will be below 40 degrees after the stack can be set aside, the time is generally only about a month.

The above is a brief introduction of farm manure fermentation technology. That's all for today's introduction. This article is for reference only. I hope it can be helpful to everyone.
