Potted flowers can be moved at will depending on courtyard greening and indoor needs. However, the growth is restricted by the flowerpot, so it needs more fine maintenance and management.

1. Intrapelvic transplantation

Young pot sowing seedlings, sometimes in the sowing basin for the first time transplant, the diameter of 30 centimeters of the sowing basin, can transfer about 60 seedlings. The medium is similar to the sowing culture soil.

If the seeding seedlings are too crowded, they are generally transplanted when the true leaves appear, or after the cotyledons are unfolded. The distance between seedlings is 1cm to 2cm. Dig seedlings with pointed bamboo chopsticks, then use them to insert holes and plant seedlings in the holes.

The planting depth should be appropriate, without burying cotyledons and growing points, then spray water with a fine sprayer, or absorb water at the bottom of the pot until all the soil in the flowerpot is soaked and put in a semi-shady place. Before using the water absorption method, the basin bottom hole should be cushioned and the medium should be pressed, otherwise when immersed in water, the medium will be loose and overflow from the basin hole.

(1) prepare the studio

There should be a console in the studio, a shelf for storing culture soil and flowerpots, and a car for transporting potted flowers, so that

It can improve work efficiency. It is also necessary to prepare the fragments of the drainage hole at the bottom of the basin in advance.

(2) Operation

① cushion basin: cover the broken basin piece (at least 3 pieces) on the drainage hole, make the concave face down, require not only to block the drainage hole, but also to prevent the soil from blocking the drainage hole, and the water in the basin can be discharged slowly. In the use of water absorption edge or similar basin bottom suction irrigation method, the basin bottom, do not need to pad, but as long as the basin bottom first put a layer of material that can not only absorb water, but also prevent soil overflow, such as water moss and so on.

② basin process: in the basin padded with tiles, first add coarse-grained media to ensure smooth drainage, and then hold the seedlings, straighten the plants, stand in the center of the basin and control the planting depth; on the other hand, add culture media to fill the gaps around the roots until the basin is full. The depth of planting should be suitable for the size of seedlings.

Then vibrate the flowerpot and press the medium with your fingers so that the medium is 1 / 2 centimeters below the edge of the pot. After putting on the basin, immediately pour enough water to the extent that the water is discharged from the bottom hole. After the water is sucked dry, water is watered again. Seedlings on the pot for the first time to shade, generally need 3-7 years old before they can resume growth.
