What is the cutting propagation of herbaceous flowers?

At present, most herbaceous flowers are raised by sowing, but cutting propagation is an effective choice for some flowers which are expensive, difficult to sow and raise seedlings, and can only propagate nutritionally or to speed up the speed of seedling formation. Preparation of ① matrix. To retain water, good permeability, no pollution, do a good job of disinfection. It is best to use lightweight materials, such as peat soil, perlite, frogstone, green bran ash, fine river sand, etc., or to cooperate with them.

Preparation of ② cuttings. Generally use the sturdy twigs of the same year, leaving 2-3 top leaves, length 5-8 cm, cut mouth to be flat, can be combined with pruning, generally do not carry out root promotion treatment.

③ water management. Keep the substrate moist without impregnation, the leaf surface is often moist, and the cuttings are not dehydrated.

④ ray management. New cuttings should be shaded from the sun to avoid direct sunlight. They can be placed in the open air at night and can be properly seen in the morning and evening after taking root. When cutting with full spray, it can be placed in the sun.
