Therefore, both kumquat and four seasons tangerine should pay close attention to the management of water, fertilizer and light in autumn, that is, sprinkling water in the morning and evening, and topdressing every 7 to 10 days to ensure the fruit appreciation of the Spring Festival.

In addition, in autumn, we should also prepare for the blooming and leafy flowers in spring, such as the cutting propagation of Tripterygium, geranium and Penglai chrysanthemum which grow well in autumn. The grafting of rhododendron, red maple and five-needle pine should also be carried out.

Perennial flowers with dense clumps of plants, such as peony and peony, should seize the opportunity to propagate separately. Pay close attention to the bulb flowers such as calamus orchid, hyacinth, tulips and so on. In the north of Wuling, when the temperature begins to drop in autumn, potted flowers should be gradually moved indoors to avoid frost damage, warm flowers and trees such as Fusang, ivory red, begonia, cyclamen, etc., should be moved indoors when the temperature is 10 ℃, and jasmine, Milan, Ruixiang and Zhulan should be moved indoors at about 6 ℃.

Potted flowers such as asparagus, magnolia, brown bamboo and cycad will be moved indoors at 2 ℃ to 4 ℃. After the potted flowers enter the room, you should pay attention to ventilation and open the doors and windows when the temperature is high at noon.
