The correct watering method of gentleman orchid is to irrigate the basin soil dry and thoroughly. Watering half of the water is easy to make the rhizome dry and rot. Watering in winter should adjust the water temperature to the same as room temperature to avoid frost damage. Early morning or evening in sunny weather is the best watering time, and the water quality is Rain Water, snow water, mineral water or tap water that volatilizes chlorine.

1. Winter watering

The growth ability of Magnolia is relatively weak in winter, and the growth rate is also relatively slow, so watering in winter is generally to ensure that the basin soil is slightly wet to avoid freezing damage caused by too much water. When watering in winter, the water temperature should be adjusted to close to the room temperature. If the water temperature is too low, it is easy to cause frostbite on the rhizome of Cymbidium.

2. Watering method

Here, it is to see the dry and wet change of the basin soil of the orchid. When the basin soil is dry, the basin soil is watered thoroughly each time, not half of the water. It is easy to cause the basin soil of the orchid to be wet and dry. At last, although the soil looks wet, in fact, the rhizome has been dry to death for lack of water.

3. Watering period

Each watering should choose sunny morning or evening, the light of these two periods is not strong, the temperature is not so strong, the negative impact on the gentleman orchid is less, the gentleman orchid can absorb water quickly and obtain the humidity and nutrition in the water quality.

4. Water quality selection

The water quality used to water the magnolia is also very exquisite. The best irrigation quality is recommended to use clean Rain Water or snow water collected in nature. Irrigation with pure water or mineral water can also provide growth nutrition. If it is irrigated with tap water, it should be set aside for 1 ~ 2 days before using volatile chlorine.
