Straw mushroom is a kind of fungal mushroom, has a very good taste, its nutritional value is also very high, so it is also welcomed by many people. Nowadays, there are also a lot of people growing straw mushrooms, and management is very important when planting straw mushrooms. So how to manage the cultivation of straw mushrooms? Today, the editor has brought you the cultivation and management technology of grass and fruit. let's take a look at it.

1. Temperature control

Temperature is very important for the growth of volvariella volvacea. About 4 days after the cultivation of volvariella volvacea, attention should be paid to heat preservation. Later, with the increase of the material surface temperature, the film should be opened gradually to reduce the temperature. It is appropriate to keep the material surface temperature at about 35 degrees and the air temperature at about 30 degrees. Then, with the continuous growth of volvariella volvacea, the temperature should be adjusted properly. For example, in the period of fruiting body formation and growth and development of straw mushroom, the material surface temperature should be controlled at about 30-35 degrees, and the air temperature should be kept at about 28-32 degrees.

2. Humidity control

Humidity is also an indispensable management work when we cultivate straw mushrooms. Generally speaking, the humidity should be controlled by the combination of irrigation and spraying. Before the straw mushroom is sown, the mushroom bed should be watered thoroughly. Then a few days after cultivation, we should pay attention to the uncovered film. Keep the water content of the culture material at about 70%, and the humidity in the mushroom room at about 85%. If the humidity is too low, then it is necessary to irrigate the ridges and furrows in time. However, it should be noted that when irrigation, do not let the material block wet, and when spraying water, do not spray water to the material surface.

Then during the mushroom emergence period, the relative humidity in the air should be maintained at about 90%. Usually, the furrow of the mushroom bed should be irrigated to keep the mushroom bed in a moist state while keeping the water content of the culture material. And the best way to maintain air humidity is to spray water into the air, mainly with clean water. Should pay attention to control the water temperature, should be kept close to the air temperature, mainly to spray frequently. Do not spray water directly to the material block, especially during the budding stage of straw mushroom, do not spray water on the mushroom bud.

3. Ventilation and lighting

Volvariella volvacea in the mycelial growth period, the demand for oxygen is relatively low. And in the mushroom period is more, so we should pay attention to do a good job of ventilation. But do not ventilate too quickly, just let it slowly convection. Ventilation in the stage of mushroom emergence should also be combined with moisturizing. Specifically, in the mycelium growth stage, part of the plastic film is opened at noon every day, and then the mushroom shed is opened for about a quarter of an hour, and then all the mulch is removed after the mycelium is full. Then when ventilating during the mushroom period, spray before ventilation, and then ventilation for about 20 minutes, about three times a day. Finally, the light is mainly scattered light, so it should not be exposed to direct sunlight.

The above is a brief introduction to the cultivation and management techniques of volvariella volvacea. That's all for today's introduction. This article is for reference only. I hope it can help you all.
