White orchid tree posture beautiful, green leaves, white flowers, fragrant as orchid, as long as it passes by, you will smell a refreshing fragrance, especially at night, this fragrance is more concentrated, spread farther. White orchids are often used as ornamental plants, mostly planted in the southwest courtyard, but also the backbone of the garden tree species.

During the growth process of white orchid, the plant should be trimmed, the diseased dead branches and excessive branches should be cut off, and part of the lower leaves should be removed to inhibit the growth of the plant and promote the flowering of pregnant buds. However, there are not many branches, except dead branches, diseased branches and branches that disturb the tree shape, generally do not need pruning. If no seed is left after the flower withers, the fruit should be cut off so as not to consume nutrients.

White orchids only sprout twice a year in spring and summer, during which there is a period of cessation of growth of branches, after which they sprout the second time, flowering side branches, each time after germination, can bloom five or six flowers, flowering May-September. Therefore, in the growth period, it is necessary to cut off diseased branches, dead branches and excessive branches, and remove some old leaves to control the growth of trees, so as to promote the breeding of flower buds and improve the quality of flowering.

In the summer when white orchids grow vigorously, the 3-5 cm parts with new buds are selected for pruning. After pruning, the wounds are immediately sealed with mud mixed with fungicides and auxins, and the outside is tightly wrapped with small plastic films.

Potted white orchids to choose the appropriate height, with scissors to cut off the terminal buds and cut short part of the lateral branches. After the terminal buds are cut off, it is beneficial to have more lateral branches and more buds. White orchid germination is poor, generally do not prune the vegetative branches, but will die branches, pest branches cut off is necessary. Buds pregnancy appropriate removal of some leaves, conducive to bud formation, can make buds large, long flowering.

After planting, management should be strengthened, and white orchids should be pruned. Before entering the room, dead branches, diseased branches, excessive proud branches and over-dense branches should be removed to minimize the nutrient consumption of plants; old leaves at the lower part of branches can be properly removed when leaving the room, which is conducive to promoting new branches.
