White-feathered broiler is currently the largest breed of broiler in China. White feather broiler has good meat quality, high yield and good taste, so it is welcomed by many people. However, white-feathered broilers are not as easy to raise as expected, because white-feathered broilers have certain requirements for their growing environment. So what are the specific requirements? Today, the editor has brought you the growing environment of white-feathered broilers. Let's have a look!

1. Temperature

Temperature is very important for the growth of white-feathered broilers. We should adjust the temperature reasonably according to the growth stage of white-feathered broilers. Before the white-feathered broiler chicks enter the henhouse, the temperature should be raised to about 26 degrees, and the preheating test temperature should be carried out to avoid excessive temperature difference in the henhouse. Then in the early stage of brooding, the temperature should be about 33 degrees, and then reduce about 0.5 degrees per week. Among them, we should pay attention to keep the temperature in the henhouse constant when the chicks are one week old, so as to avoid the temperature changing too fast, which leads to the decline of the resistance of the chicks. Finally, in the breeding period, the temperature should be controlled at about 25 degrees.

2. Lighting

Light also has a certain effect on the growth of white-feathered broilers. Therefore, we should also control the light according to the growth stage of white-feathered broilers. When building a chicken coop, it is best to leave more windows and install skylights to provide sufficient light for the growth of white-feathered broilers. White-feathered broilers generally need more than ten hours of light every day. Therefore, we also need to install the light bulb, when the natural light is insufficient, we need to do a good job of artificial lighting. Generally speaking, the light intensity is larger during the rearing period of white-feathered broilers, but it can be weakened appropriately during the breeding period.

3. Ventilation

The ventilation of the white-feathered broiler house must be maintained. If white-feathered broilers live in a confined space for a long time, it will hinder fattening work. Because the chicken house is not ventilated for a long time, then the air quality in the house is very poor, and oxygen may be insufficient, resulting in hypoxia in white-feathered broilers. Therefore, when we raise white-feathered broilers, we must pay attention to the ventilation work. Make sure there is plenty of oxygen in the henhouse and there is no bad smell. However, we should pay attention to control the ventilation according to the season. When ventilating in winter, it should be carried out under the premise of ensuring the temperature, and the cold wind should not be allowed to blow on the chicken.

4. Humidity

Then we have to control the humidity in the house according to the growth stage of the white-feathered broiler. During the rearing period of white feather broilers, the humidity should be controlled at about 65%. The best way to increase humidity is to put an appropriate amount of water basin in the chicken house through the method of water vapor evaporation. Try not to use sprinkling or spraying. During the breeding period, the humidity was appropriately reduced to about 45% Murray 55%. Humidity should not be too high or too low, if the humidity is too low, white feather broilers are prone to dehydration, affecting the growth of feathers. If it is too high, it will have an impact on the natural heat dissipation of broilers, while it is easy to catch a cold and consume too much feed in winter, increasing the cost of breeding and so on.
