Bullfrog farming is becoming more and more popular, after all, more and more businesses will sell bullfrogs as commodities, but bullfrogs also have a lot to pay attention to. Breeding is based on the habits of bullfrogs. Let's learn about the matters needing attention in bullfrog breeding.

1. Feed

Bullfrogs are partial to meat and usually eat small insects and so on. But young frogs are a little special. They only eat food that can move, and they generally ignore food that doesn't move, so it is best to feed insects when feeding young frogs. Older bullfrogs can slowly develop their instinct to eat dead food. Bullfrog feeding pay attention to a small number of meals, eat too much bullfrog fattening effect will be very slow, damaging breeding income.

2. Feeding

Bullfrogs like to rest in the shade during the day, usually do not walk around, but at night bullfrogs will begin to hunt, so the feeding times are mainly concentrated at night. The food of frogs in the wild is relatively diversified, and the supplement of various trace elements is relatively sufficient, but when artificial breeding, farmers should pay attention to the matching of nutrition. Long-term feeding of a single food is very unfriendly to bullfrogs and should be changed frequently. And add some other nutrients to the food.

3. Temperature control

Bullfrogs are sensitive to temperature, so the temperature of the farm needs to be controlled well. generally speaking, the temperature of 5-10 degrees Celsius and below will let the bullfrog slowly enter the dormant period, and below zero is very likely to lead to the death of bullfrog. The bullfrog itself has no means to resist the temperature, and the temperature will lead to problems. The most suitable temperature for the bullfrog is generally controlled at about 20-35 degrees Celsius.

4. Water source

Many people who raise bullfrogs tend to ignore the influence of water, because it is a culture pond, the water is stagnant, which also leads to some of the bullfrog's own feces and harmful substances can not be eliminated in time. Long-term immersion in such polluted water will lead to an increase in the incidence of bullfrogs, such as red leg disease. Therefore, if it is stagnant water, it is best to change the water source regularly, this according to their own breeding density to choose the time, live water can be appropriately extended, but also need to be cleaned regularly.
