Lin Ruimu, a senior social worker in Baimi Community, raised this question at the meeting of "NEXT tomorrow Social creation ~ District Forum in Yilan". He said that this is his own personal issue. This is the first national social production conference held by the Ministry of Culture in 25 years, and the social development partners in Ilan have also put forward preliminary conclusions and extended discussions on the four major themes, looking forward to starting more thinking for other events. In the face of the aging population and youth outflow in the community, Lin Ruimu has been thinking hard for many years about how to provide various opportunities during the summer vacation for young students to work and interact with the community, so as to create a connection between the next generation and Baimi. From slow Baseball caddie to Community Director

Fu Weite called Lin Ruimu "Ashumu" because his father Fu Xihuang and Lin Ruimu were friends of the same generation and members of the Baimi Community Development Association slow base team. Because of his father, Fu Weite spent a lot of time volunteering in the Baimi community during the winter and summer holidays. "if you look at me, you will think that I am the son of the chairman, and I will be under some pressure. If I can't do a good job, I will rely on my father." Fu Weit is conscious of his identity and conscientiously does a good job in the task to be delivered. For example, the development of the community industry requires some objective data. when it comes to counting the number of tour buses, Fu Weite calls up videotapes to calculate the number of tour buses one by one; in addition, Fu Wei-te also enthusiastically promised to take the community's smaller volunteer pup team to Hualien for a boat trip. It was not until the day before the departure that many children's parents came home to exhort him that he felt any pressure. When he participated in the Baimi community volunteer when he was a student, Fu Weite felt that he just "wanted to help his father."
