How to prevent the Leaf skew of Cymbidium
Friends who like Cymbidium should know that the growth of leaves is very important for Cymbidium. Some varieties of orchids are particularly prone to skew, which is likely to be caused by uneven light. So how to prevent the skew of the leaves of Cymbidium to make it more beautiful?

First, adjust the orientation of the flowerpot regularly. The flowerpot of Magnolia should rotate 180 °regularly, the rotation cycle of vigorous growth season is about 7 days, and the season of slow growth is about 10 days.
Second, the plants of Cymbidium which have irregular leaves can be treated by mechanical shaping and light shaping.
1. Mechanical plastic surgery: one is to use a small clip to clip the crooked leaves with the adjacent positive leaves (pay attention to the place to be covered with soft paper to prevent the leaves from being hurt). After a period of time, the crooked leaves can be basically restored to normal position. The other is to bend two bamboo strips of the same length and thickness into a bow, and then insert them into the inner edge of the flowerpot along both sides of the fan-shaped leaves of the orchid to form a clamp potential. If the strength is not enough, a string can be tied between the two bamboo strips.
It should be noted that mechanical shaping is easy to cause blade breaking or damage, so extra care should be taken during operation.
2. Light shaping: cut the opaque cigarette tin foil (other opaque thick paper) to grow and width basically the same as the leaf, then fold it longitudinally from the middle, enclosing half of the leaf pulled by the sun, and then use transparent tape to stick the tin foil to both sides of the leaf. After 10 to 15 days, the crooked leaves will be corrected. This method will not damage the blade, and it is simple and practical.
It should be noted that when the centerline of the corrected blade is basically the same as other leaves, the wrapped tin foil should be removed in time, otherwise there will be excessive correction.
