1, normal temperature storage

For example, if the fruit is soaked with benzolite and ethyl phosphorus aluminum and then packaged with a system film, it can be stored at a temperature of about 30 degrees for about a week. 2. Add ice to cool down and store
In fact, ice cooling storage and transportation is also a kind of storage and transportation at room temperature. First, the litchi is preserved and precooled, then the litchi is dried and packaged in polyethylene bags. Put it in a foam box, and add ice cubes to cool it in the foam box, and then sell it to the destination as soon as possible. About 5 days or so, litchi is still the same as just picked. 3, low temperature storage
Low temperature storage and transportation is to control litchi pericarp browning to keep fresh, reduce the pathological rot of litchi fruit, and ensure the quality of fruit. Litchi low temperature storage temperature should be controlled at about 4 degrees, not too low, too low words easily lead to litchi by cold damage. For example, in a one-degree environment, around January, the pericarp begins to brown and taste. When storing and transporting at low temperature, we should pay attention to not changing temperature, and combine it with gas conditioning properly. However, most of them are still stored at low temperature spontaneously, that is, using suitable polyethylene film bags for packaging and storage.
4. Sulphur fumigation and acid treatment
Sulfur dioxide is one of the most widely used preservatives in many food processing industries, inhibiting polyphenol oxidase activity. Therefore, the method can be used for preventing litchi pericarp from browning and achieving the purpose of preservation. First burn an appropriate amount of sulfur powder and fumigate the litchi for about 20 minutes. Until litchi peel color faded red, gradually become bright yellow. It can also directly release high-pressure sulfur dioxide for fumigation. After sulfur fumigation, litchi should be stored at a low temperature of about 1 degree, and the storage time can be as long as 40-50 days.
