September-November is the harvest season for milkfish. Chiayi County-in order to let people experience and enjoy the most delicious milkfish, a 2019 lice carnival was held at the Xinyi Sports Park in Buai Town on October 6, where people were offered free taste of all kinds of milkfish cuisine. Chen Shuiqian won the championship in the delicious category of the major drama "the King of lice".
