In order to sustain a beautiful ocean, the "2019 Changhua Coastal Plastic Reduction Joint Clean Beach" activity was jointly organized by Changhua County Breeding Association, Changhua County Wild Bird Society, Changhua County Environmental Protection Alliance and Zhangbin Industrial Zone Management Service Center. On the morning of the 22nd, it was jointly launched in four districts: North (Shengang, Xianxi), Middle (Fuxing, Fangyuan), South (Dacheng) and Zhangbin Industrial Zone (Lugang, Xianxi). The clean beach range ranges from the estuary of Dadu River in the north to the estuary of Zhushui River in the south. More than 6,000 people from more than 300 non-governmental organizations in Changhua County were called upon to participate in beach cleaning. Changhua County Mayor Wang Huimei, activity convener Lin Zhaosui, chairman of Taiwan Mingjiang Enterprise Co., Ltd., Yang Jinfu, chairman of Changhua County Breeding Association, and Chen Yitun, director-general of Changhua County Breeding Association, came to Taiwan Hanbaoyuan Wetland Ecological Cultural Creation Education Park early in the morning to cheer up the participants. County Mayor Wang Huimei thanked the beach cleaners for their charity and called on the public to reduce the use of straws and good deeds. Plastic bags and bottles reduce the damage of garbage to the ocean.

Lin Zhaosui, chairman of Taiwan Mingjiang Enterprise Co., Ltd., the convener of the event, pointed out that there has been a lot of garbage on Taiwan's coast recently, which not only pollutes the island, but also causes ecological disaster. Therefore, we have held beach cleaning activities for many years in a row. In March of this year, 1,200 people were mobilized to clean up the beach, which has attracted the attention of the central government. Therefore, various relevant departments have also invested in this "2019 Changhua Coastal Plastic Reduction Joint Beach Cleaning". The total number of people mobilized for beach cleaning this time exceeds 6,000. Divided into four areas, this will be the largest beach cleaning activity in Taiwan's history. It is hoped that through this beach cleaning, Changhua's coast will become the most beautiful demonstration area along the coast of Taiwan's counties, cities and towns. Through this beach cleaning, Taiwan's residents can value this land. Every county and city will come to clean the beach together to show that they love Taiwan together.
