How to clean potted flowers
Potted flowers covered with dust will not only reduce their ornamental value, but also affect their growth rate, so they must be cleaned. Generally speaking, the method of spraying water directly can only wash away the floating soil that has fallen on the plant, and other measures are needed to clean the plant thoroughly.
When washing potted flowers, first wet the plant with clean water, then hold the part of the plant to be cleaned with your left hand, and wipe off the dust with a clean soft cloth dipped in water in your right hand. Note that the young leaves and twigs on the plant can only be sprayed with clean water. Mainly old leaves, old branches above thick and dusty, should be carefully scrubbed.
Particularly dirty parts of the plant can be scrubbed with 0.1% detergent solution on a soft cloth. After that, rinse the plant in a small spray can with cold boiled water, and rinse more times where the detergent has been used. Because the hardness of the boiled water is low, it is not easy to leave water marks on the surface of the plant, so that the plant appears bright, lovely and full of vitality.
