Requirements for the Construction of pollution-free Edible Mushroom Farm
According to the requirements of the national technical specification for the production of pollution-free edible fungi, the following points were summarized.
1. According to the requirements for the environment around the production site, the production site should be selected in a place with good ecological conditions, and 1000 meters should be free of industrial waste, no professional livestock and poultry farm, no waste faecal yard, no all kinds of sewage and other pollution sources, such as cement plant, lime plant, coal yard, etc., the production site should be far away from roads and hospitals, and avoid public places as far as possible.
two。 Requirements for the air of the production site when we apply for pollution-free edible fungus production certification, there will be professionals to test the air quality of the production site. For example, the concentration of suspended particles in the air, the average daily concentration of sulfur dioxide and so on, these indicators must meet the national regulations.
3. The requirements for the water quality of the production site need to use a large amount of water in the production process of edible fungi, and the quality of water is also very important for the quality of edible fungi. If you want to produce pollution-free edible fungi, you must use water strictly. All production water must meet the requirements of technical specifications, there must be no peculiar smell and odor, no visible matter to the naked eye, and tested by professionals, fluoride content, mercury content, bacterial content, etc., must comply with the state regulations.
4. The construction and equipment requirements of the mother seed and original seed production plant are the basis of edible fungus production. The mother seed and original seed production plants can be arranged according to the technological process. There should be storage room, batching room, loading room, sterilization room, cooling and inoculation room, culture room and so on. There shall be weighing appliances, autoclaves, steam generators or boilers, inoculation boxes, culture racks, refrigerators, air conditioners and other industrial appliances. The inoculation room is the center of the mother seed production plant, also known as the aseptic room, and the surrounding environment of the inoculation room is required to be clean. The inoculation room should be divided into two rooms inside and outside, the inside is the inoculation room, and the outer room is the buffer room. The floors, walls and ceilings in the room should be flat and smooth so that they can be scrubbed and disinfected. A workbench should be set up in the room to place commonly used vaccination tools such as alcohol lamps, and ultraviolet germicidal lamps and fluorescent lamps that can rise and fall at will are installed on the ceiling of the workbench and the buffer room.
5. The layout and construction of the cultivation site requires that the production site of pollution-free edible fungi can be designed and arranged according to the production process, cultivation technology and local topography, natural environment and traffic conditions, but the production area and living area should be strictly separated. The production area also includes raw material area, stacking fermentation area, inoculation area, mushroom room and so on, which should be independent and link up with each other. In the stacking fermentation area, the drainage system should be kept smooth, the ground level, no stagnant water, no dust, and maintain environmental hygiene.
6. The construction of mushroom house requires that the mushroom house should choose the open space with north facing south, leeward facing the sun, flat and open, as well as places with convenient water supply and drainage, good ventilation, convenient transportation and room for development. According to the different types of edible fungi, the cultivation methods in the mushroom room can be divided into fixed shelf cultivation and border cultivation and other modes. However, no matter which mode is adopted, it must meet the following requirements: the overall structure of the mushroom room should be conducive to the cultivation and harvest management of edible fungi, with rain protection, sunshade, wind protection, heat insulation and other infrastructure, the ground should be solid, flat, convenient for water supply and drainage, good ventilation and sealing. To ensure the requirements of natural scattered light for the growth of edible fungi, the size of the mushroom house is moderate, and the internal structure is suitable for cultivation. Facilities such as the processing of raw and auxiliary materials, mixing, cultivation environment control system, ventilation and lighting of edible fungi in the cultivation ground shall comply with the relevant quality and safety standards to ensure personal health and safety. Boilers, sterilizers and other pressure vessels shall pass the inspection of the relevant departments before they can be used.
