Winter temperature is cold, mycelium and fruiting body growth is slow, respiratory intensity is low, fruiting quantity is small, but fruiting meat is thick and quality is good. Mushroom farmers should seize the good opportunity of large market demand and high selling price of winter mushrooms during the Spring Festival, and take decisive measures to strive for more mushrooms and good mushrooms and obtain better economic benefits. Specific management measures should be taken to grasp three items:

1. Increase the temperature of mushroom bed and create conditions for mushroom growth. Winter cold, can only rely on natural temperature, combined with artificial adjustment. Remove the cover on the mushroom shed, cover the film on the mushroom bed tightly except for the mushroom picking; spread the cover on the shade shed in the mushroom shed; cover the mushroom shed with a layer of film. The temperature in the mushroom shed is maintained by natural sunlight irradiation and the biological heat of mycelium itself. At night, the shed is covered with sunshade net or straw curtain to prevent freezing and frost. Generally, after taking the above measures, the temperature in the shed can be increased by 5-10℃, and the mushrooms can still be produced normally in cold winter.

2. Moisturize and control humidity, keep warm and cold. Mushrooms, mushrooms and autumn mushroom growth, bacteria rod water loss more, only 50-60% of the original weight, then water should be added. Open the shed door for ventilation for 3-4 days before replenishing water. When replenishing water, use a water injection needle to pierce into the bacteria rod. With the help of the pressure of the water pump, the bacteria rod can absorb enough water in a short time. The water source is well water. The principle of spraying water is: spray water, spray more when mushroom is more, spray less when mushroom is less, spray more at bud stage, spray less at harvest stage. Mushrooms in winter basically do not need water spray.

3. Pay attention to ventilation and avoid north wind attack. After the mushroom bud occurs, the respiration is vigorous. If the air is not circulated and the carbon dioxide deposition is excessive, the formation and growth of the fruiting body will be inhibited. Ventilation master in the higher temperature around noon, time 10-20 minutes. In and out of the shed operation, from the south side of the shed in and out, to prevent dry cold wind attack.
