Warm-up for Taiwan Design Exhibition Pingtung Comic Con debuts

To warm up for Taiwan Design Exhibition in October, Pingtung Comic-Con 2019 was officially launched on August 28 at Pingtung Sports Hall, inviting 30 CG artists and cartoonists from all over Taiwan to participate in the grand event, and held COSPLAY Competition and Tongren Cultural Creation Market on the 31st and September 1st before the end of summer vacation, so that young pop culture can drive the vitality of the city.

Pingtung County Cultural Department invited Professor Zhang Zhongjin, a well-known cartoonist in Pingtung University, to curate the exhibition. The 2019 Pingdong Cartoon Exhibition was named "Wudao Youth, Hot Blood Pingdong". In conjunction with the newly restored Pingdong Martial Arts Field, 16 young CG painters such as REI, Yaoyue and Mickey eel were invited to participate in the exhibition from a local perspective.

In addition to the wonderful works of painters and cartoonists, four interactive cartoons were set up on the spot, and the public was free to fill in the blanks with creativity, and there was also the opportunity to get limited goods for free. On the morning of Saturday, 31st, cartoonists will be invited to draw Q cartoons for free, and a unique COSPLAY contest will be held in the outdoor square. September 7, 8 Saturday, Sunday mornings at Pingtung Art Museum, where famous cartoonists share their experiences in creating comics. Comic-Con runs from September 28 to September 22, and anime fans should not miss this event.
