Technology of cultivating Edible Fungi with Rice and Wheat Straw
I. Technical content
1. Rice and wheat straw treatment: the rice and wheat straw was crushed, wet mixed with water, piled into a round pile with a diameter of 1-1.8 meters, and fermented with thin film for 3-5 days. After fermentation, the water content of rice and wheat straw powder should be about 70%, and the Ph should be about 8.
2. Select land for cultivation: both indoor and outdoor, shade should be set up outside to avoid direct sunlight. Before inoculation, make a wooden mold frame of 70cm × 20cm × 35cm. First spread a layer of fermented rice and wheat straw powder in the frame. After stepping on the fruit, sprinkle a circle of edible fungus and bran around. Then, spread a layer of straw powder, and then sprinkle the fungus and bran. In this way, spread a total of 4 layers of rice and wheat straw powder, sprinkle 3 layers of bacteria and bran, and the last layer of straw powder is thinner to make sure it is breathable. Generally, each culture medium uses 5-7.5 kg of rice and wheat straw powder, 0.25-0.38 kg of edible fungus and wheat bran, and finally covered with a plastic film.
3. Germ culture: the requirements of temperature, humidity and air permeability should be met during the growth of mycelium. The temperature should be controlled at about 35 ℃, the temperature in summer rises rapidly, coupled with the fever of rice and wheat straw powder, it is easy to cause the medium to rise more than 40 ℃, so the film should be removed to cool down. The water content of the culture medium should be controlled at 70%. Generally, there is no need to spray water, so as not to cause miscellaneous bacteria pollution.
4. Postharvest treatment: the fruiting body of young mushroom can be harvested after it is fully grown. Generally, 3-4 stubble edible fungi can be collected, and then the culture medium can be applied back to farmland as high-quality organic fertilizer.
Second, main points of operation. During the accumulation and storage of rice and wheat straw used for base material preparation, attention should be paid to prevent rain and mildew. The hand of fermented rice straw powder is elastic and mildew-free. Keep the temperature between 20-40 ℃. After the mycelium of the base material grows, you should pay attention to ventilation. After the mycelium grows full, it should be ventilated once in the morning, in the middle and in the evening. The temperature during the period of mushroom growth should be kept at 25-28 ℃. You can spray water around the mushroom brick to ensure that the air relative humidity is maintained at 85-95%. After the young mushroom grows, if the humidity of the mushroom brick is low, you can spray water with a temperature of about 25 ℃. Avoid spraying cold water to prevent the temperature difference from being too large; appropriately increase the light to promote the healthy growth of the fruiting body.
Third, suitable conditions. The cultivation of edible fungi can be done indoors and outdoors in spring, summer and autumn in the south and north, and must be carried out under the premise of indoor temperature in winter.
