Build the mushroom house and set up the bed frame, then mix the cottonseed hull, wheat bran, sucrose, urea, lime and other raw materials, and then add the same ratio of water and stir evenly into the bag to make a bacterial bag. Then inoculate the strain into a bacterial bag and grow the hyphae in about a month, then control the temperature at 15-18 degrees, keep the humidity above 70%, and keep the scattered light to grow the cover.

What is the difference between the cultivation of edible fungi with raw meal, clinker and fermented material?

1. Uncooked material cultivation

The cultivation of edible fungi without heating and sterilization is called raw material cultivation. Due to no high temperature treatment, raw material cultivation has the advantages of simple operation, labor and time saving, less nutrient decomposition and loss in culture materials, and higher yield if proper management measures are taken. However, it is difficult to control diseases and insect pests in raw material cultivation. If pesticides are added to the raw materials, the safety of the products will be affected. And the bacteria of raw material cultivation is slow, and the amount of inoculation should be increased.

2. Clinker cultivation

The cultivation of edible fungi is called clinker cultivation after sterilization under high pressure or atmospheric pressure. After high temperature sterilization of the culture material, miscellaneous bacteria and pests are basically killed, the nutrients in the raw materials are decomposed more fully, and the bacteria are produced quickly after inoculation. But the operation is troublesome and the cost is high.

3. Cultivation of fermented materials

The cultivation of edible fungi is called fermented material cultivation after composting and fermentation treatment. Fermented material cultivation is a method between raw meal and clinker, also known as semi-raw meal cultivation. The sterilization of fermentation culture material and the degree of nutrient decomposition are between raw meal and clinker, so its advantages and disadvantages are also between the two.
