Ingenious Nutrition in Edible Fungi production
During the growth and development stage of the fruiting body of edible fungi, especially after the first harvest of mushrooms, supplying various nutrients to edible fungi is a very effective measure to increase the yield and improve the quality of edible fungi. However, if the supplement is not appropriate, it will be counterproductive.
The following key techniques should be mastered when supplying nutrition.
1. Choose the method of scientific replenishment. The methods of supplementary nutrition of edible fungi include spraying, perfusion, soaking and so on. The most commonly used method is to prepare a certain concentration of nutrient solution, combined with water spray to the bacterial bed, bacterial tube or bacterial block spray. When spraying in the bud stage, pay attention to spray the nutrient solution in the area without mushroom buds or around the small mushroom buds, and then wash the fruiting body with clean water. Spraying nutrient solution is best done when the strain is at low tide. The bacterial block, bacterial column and section wood can also be replenished by soaking, which can be taken out after absorbing enough nutrient solution in the prepared nutrient solution. The specific soaking time must be determined by the type of soaking and the weather conditions. This method is generally carried out after each tide mushroom harvest. The filling method can also be used to replenish nutrition on the bacterial bed, that is, the covering soil on the bed surface is removed, the funnel is inserted into the material, and then covered with soil after filling with nutrient solution. The distance of the perfusion point is 10 cm, and the amount of fluid perfused at each point depends on the thickness of the material, generally 5 ml ~ 10 ml.
two。 Supplying different nutrients alternately. Long-term simple application of certain nutrients can not meet the various nutrients needed for the growth and development of edible fungi. Therefore, all kinds of nutrients should be applied alternately or mixed when replenishing nutrition. Generally, the nutrient solution which adds nutrients is applied first, and then the high-efficiency nutrient solution or high-efficiency regulator is applied.
3. Accurately grasp the amount of application. If the nutrition is excessive at one time, it will cause the culture material to be too wet, the permeability will become worse, and even inhibit the mycelium growth, which will have a destructive effect on the mycelium growth; in the supplementary nutrition, the application concentration should be accurately grasped according to the dry humidity of the culture medium and different types of edible fungi. If the humidity is high, the concentration of nutrient solution can be increased to reduce the amount of water added. In addition, the amount of ventilation should be increased after the application of nutrient solution, so as to lose a small amount of water and prevent the growth and development of mycelium or fruiting body due to excessive humidity of material surface or air.
4. The application of organic fertilizers should be strictly controlled. First, the organic fertilizer applied should be fully mature and must not contain miscellaneous bacteria and insect eggs, and the application of retting or rotten organic fertilizer should be strictly put an end to; second, some fungi that are not suitable to apply organic fertilizer should not be used, and they really need to be applied, and they can only be boiled for a period of time and diluted with the leaching solution. In addition, soybean milk, potato juice and other plant extracts should be used now, not for a long time, in order to prevent rancidity, and the application concentration should be strictly controlled.
5. Pay attention to the environmental impact. Generally, when the temperature is higher than 25 ℃, many fungi are not easy to differentiate into fruiting bodies, and the application of nutrients is stopped at this time. Glucose solution, soybean milk, human feces and urine should not be applied when the temperature is higher than 20 ℃. If the bacteria bed, tube and block have been infected with miscellaneous bacteria, the miscellaneous bacteria must be removed before nutrition can be added, otherwise it will aggravate the pollution degree of miscellaneous bacteria.
