Once the fresh mushrooms are harvested, they should be neatly placed in small containers and sent to the cryogenic workshop for finishing as soon as possible.
The length, width and height of the container are 40 cm, 8 cm and 16 cm respectively, and its shape is like a turnover box, a solid plate at the bottom, a round hole with a preset diameter of 2 to 3 cm, and an indented corner block at the bottom four corners, so that the code is high and multi-storey. Fresh mushrooms are discharged from head to head when harvested, so as not to connect them from end to end, so as to avoid pollution. The temperature in the cryogenic workshop is 1-3 degrees Celsius, which can be used after the transformation of the ordinary constant temperature cold storage. After the fresh mushrooms are moved into boxes into the workshop, they should not be placed separately, so that the mushroom body can be fully cooled, which is particularly important for fresh mushrooms harvested when the temperature is higher than 15 degrees Celsius. The finishing tools are thin stainless steel knives or bamboo knives and small packaging sealing and packing equipment.
First use a knife to clean the base of fresh mushrooms, remove soil, base materials and other sundries, scales should be removed too often, generally do not need washing, otherwise it will shorten the shelf life of the product.
It can be repackaged when the internal temperature of the mushroom body drops below 3 degrees Celsius. Generally, foam materials can be used to make a single box about 5 centimeters high, each containing about 150 grams of fresh mushrooms. If the sale of plastic packaging is prohibited, paper boxes can be customized. Coprinus comatus is generally suitable for packaging of 16cm × 10cm × 4cm (length × width × height), Agaricus blazei Murrill is suitable for 15cm × 10cm × 6cm, and Pleurotus ostreatus and poplar mushrooms are suitable for 16cm × 8cm × 4cm packaging. Determine the discharge mode according to the shape and size of fresh mushrooms, and then wrap the fresh-keeping film. Put the small boxes into foam fresh-keeping boxes, each of which can be packed in 36 boxes and sealed with transparent tape.
In addition, ice cooling and fresh-keeping or refrigerated truck transportation can be used for short-term storage and transportation, and the refrigerated temperature can be controlled at 1-3 degrees Celsius.
