First, pay attention to the method of adding nutrients. There are usually three methods: spraying, soaking and irrigation. The suitable time of spraying nutrient solution was when the fruiting body appeared in large quantity. When spraying, it should be noted that the spray head should not be facing the fruit body, and at the same time, it should pay attention to the "four no-spraying":

1. Do not spray young mushroom buds to avoid "swelling and death";

2, just picked mushrooms or mushroom residues do not spray, so as not to cause bacterial diseases:

3. Do not spray when the air humidity is too high;

4, mushroom shed (room) when serious pests do not spray. Soaking method is mainly used for bag cultivation of edible fungi. After harvesting 1 -2 crops of mushrooms, if the cultivation bag is in a serious water shortage state, it can be soaked in the prepared nutrient solution until it returns to its original weight. Add nutrient solution by soaking method, just put bacteria bag in nutrient solution pool and press heavy object, but soaking time should not be too long, if bacteria bag loses too much water, you can soak several times. Point irrigation method is mainly used in the fungus bed, when the fungus bed more mushrooms, water and nutrient consumption is too large can be used this method. The specific method is: drilling the bacteria bed according to the hole spacing of 10 box meters, flooding the prepared nutrient solution into the bacteria bed, and covering the soil after adding the nutrient solution.

2, the concentration should be appropriate When the concentration of nutrient solution is too high, it is not only difficult for mycelium to absorb, but also hinders or even damages mycelium; when the concentration is too low, the effect is not obvious, and the purpose of high yield cannot be achieved. When the nutrient solution is added, it depends on the moisture content of the culture medium. If the moisture content of the culture medium is high, the concentration of the nutrient solution should be increased, the water consumption should be reduced, and the ventilation should be increased after adding. On the contrary, the concentration of nutrient solution should be reduced and water consumption increased.

Third, nutrient solution nutrients should be comprehensive should often alternate the use of several nutrient solutions, so that the entity needs to grow nutrients are comprehensive and reasonable. If kinesin is used to stimulate the growth of edible fungi, it should be used after supplementing nutrient solution.

4. Pay attention to the change of environment. When the temperature is above 20℃, it is difficult for hyphae to form high quality fruit bodies. Except for high temperature edible fungi varieties, nutrient solution can not be added. If the culture medium has been contaminated by foreign bacteria, be sure to remove foreign bacteria before adding nutrient solution. In order to prevent contamination by miscellaneous bacteria, a certain amount of bacteriostatic agents can also be added to the nutrient solution to prevent the spread of miscellaneous bacteria.
