From the end of June to the middle of July is the golden stage for the cultivation of edible fungi in early autumn. However, because the high temperature in summer often leads to the failure of cultivated species production, in order to achieve success in production, we should pay attention to the following aspects.

The main results are as follows: (1) taking cottonseed bran-wheat bran medium as an example (suitable for cultivation of Auricularia auricula, Flammulina velutipes, Pleurotus ostreatus, Pleurotus ostreatus, etc.): cottonseed husk 44 kg, wheat bran 5 kg, sucrose 0.5 kg, gypsum powder 0.5 kg. Add the right amount of water and stir evenly; after the culture material is mixed, it can be packed into a polypropylene bag, and the bottom corner of the material should be inserted when loading, with the same degree of tightness up and down, compacting while loading, each bag can hold 300ml 375g of dry material and 7005g of wet material. After packing the bag, fasten the mouth of the bag. Sterilize the same day after packing the bag to avoid mildew and deterioration of the culture material.

(2) Sterilization: sterilization is an important part of strain production. If it is not sterilized thoroughly, it will cause batch pollution of bacteria. Plastic bag cultivation should be placed when sterilized, not too tight, to leave a gap in order to facilitate the flow of steam. If sterilized under high pressure, sterilize under the pressure of 1.2-1.5mp for 2.5 hours. If you use a soil steamer, the temperature reaches 100℃ and then continue to sterilize for more than 12 hours.

(3) inoculation: aseptic operation should be strict and production should be carried out in accordance with the requirements of strain inoculation.

(4) Culture: during the period of strain culture, we should always pay attention to the temperature, ventilation and air humidity in the culture room to avoid excessive light, at the same time, pay attention to strengthen the inspection of bacteria bags, and take timely treatment measures to find pollution. Disinfection and insecticides are sprayed in the mushroom room every 3 minutes for 5 days.
