First, the ventilation plug method takes wheat straw, cotton wool, sunflower stalk, corncob and so on as materials and binds it to the two ends of the bacterial bag to form a ventilation plug. It should be noted that wheat and sunflower stalks should be cut into 3 cm long segments; cotton wool should be folded into cotton stalks with stubble at one end; and corncobs should be crushed into bean kernels and wrapped in newspapers. The size of the plug depends on the size of the bacterial bag, large bags with large plugs, small bags with small plugs; also depends on the germ temperature, when the germ temperature is low, the plug can be smaller, and vice versa.

Second, the ring method can buy horn mouth ring, cover the bacteria bag and add cotton plug, if you can not buy horn mouth ring, you can also use plastic packing tape self-made, external Kraft paper and rubber band seal. Note that the ring should be firmly fastened to prevent falling off.

Third, the ventilation hole method uses a sewing machine needle to pierce a row of holes 6 cm away from the mouth of the bag, with a distance of about 1 cm. Just sow the bacteria in the hole when loading. Do not pierce too many holes, and be careful not to operate the bacterial bag when piercing the hole, otherwise the bacterial bag is easy to crack in the process of loading.

Fourth, the ventilation hole method uses a tapered stick with a thick thumb to make three 6 cm deep holes in a triangle at both ends of the material bag, and then drill a hole horizontally in the middle sowing place, and put the bacterial bag in the sterilized room to send bacteria.
