Under what circumstances does the cultivation of edible fungi need rehydration?
The commonly used water replenishment methods are:
① bubble bag method: put the bacterial bag in a large bucket or pool, press it with wood and stone, then add water to it. When the water has soaked through the bacterial bag and kept it for 12 hours, the amount of water absorbed by the bacterial bag after soaking in water can reach the weight of the original bacterial bag.
② uses a water replenisher: the water replenisher is less than 1 cm in diameter, the front end is composed of a hollow tip, the wall is covered with many small holes of iron pipe, the back end is connected with a plastic pipe and connected with a small pressurized water pump, the small iron pipe is inserted into the bacterial bag, and then the switch is turned on, and water is injected into the material.
③ bubble bag: for standing mushroom bag, water can be poured into the bag when water is needed, and the amount of water over the culture medium is appropriate. After soaking for 20 hours, the excess water in the bag is poured out, and the bag is discharged for mushroom production management.
