Volvariella volvacea is a high-temperature edible fungus, which is very sensitive to temperature in its growth and development. In order to make volvariella volvacea grow normally after sowing, the cultivation time should be selected when the daily average temperature is above 23 ℃. It is generally cultivated from the first ten days of June to the end of August to facilitate the growth of hyphae and the development of fruiting bodies.

When cultivated outdoors, fertile, loose and breathable soil should be selected. No matter which raw material is selected to cultivate straw mushroom, the raw material should be dry and mildew-free. The newly harvested straw must be thoroughly dried, otherwise it will spoil easily. Pre-wet the material with 5% lime water before sowing, build a heap for fermentation for 4 days when the pH value is above 12, and the water content of the culture medium should be controlled at 65%-70%.

Abalone mushroom is a kind of medium and high temperature rare edible fungus. From March to July, abalone mushroom was cultivated in clinker bags with raw materials such as cottonseed shell, corncob, bagasse, sawdust, rice straw and wheat straw. The raw material is 1000 kg, and the fresh mushroom can be produced in 3 months.

High temperature Pleurotus ostreatus can produce mushrooms normally in the temperature range of 15 ℃ ~ 36 ℃, which can be called high temperature Pleurotus ostreatus strain. The cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus in high temperature season has the advantages of short production cycle, large market demand and high price, which can not only meet the market demand, but also increase the income of mushroom growers.
