I. pay attention to collecting and collating market information

The market situation is ever-changing, but it remains the same, that is, the relationship between supply and demand determines the market price. Therefore, it is necessary to extensively collect information, and carry out strict sorting, screening and inspection, so as to improve the gold content and practical value of the information, so as not to be misled by fake things. The basic principle of collecting information is to pay attention to the source channels, birth time and background conditions of the information, and do not be blind.

Second, it is necessary to have mature technical strength to support the implementation of the plan.

This is particularly important for scale production. Compared with the scale production, the decentralized, small batch and sideline production of edible fungi is relatively simple, and the technical dissystems and discontinuities are not exposed under the cover of small-scale peasant economic conditions, so it is impossible to show its harmfulness. Moreover, in decentralized production, diseases and insect pests are limited to micro-local or regional occurrence, and it is impossible to have the harm of outbreak and epidemic. However, in scale production, the above problems can gradually appear at the beginning of production. therefore, producers need to have a sense of hardship and do systematic, comprehensive and popular technical lectures, technical training and other work at the forefront, so that they have a solid technical foundation.

Third, we should have adequate material preparation.

Mushroom sheds, strains, base materials, drugs and necessary tools used by edible mushroom varieties are all necessary material bases. according to the planned production of edible mushroom varieties, the design and construction of mushroom shed and substrate materials should be determined, for example, when double spore mushrooms are sown in September, raw materials such as wheat straw, rice straw and cow dung should be prepared; in the production of Coprinus comatus, straw raw materials such as cottonseed shell, sawdust or corncob, soybean straw can be prepared. For example, when producing Pleurotus eryngii, there is no need to prepare straw raw materials, only cottonseed hulls and sawdust. If the conventional production is determined, the ordinary greenhouse can be used, while in the out-of-season production, the corresponding semi-underground and winter warm mushroom shed should be built, and the necessary heating and cooling equipment should be set up.

IV. Strain production

According to the cultivation or seed supply plan, it can produce 2-3 species of Pleurotus ostreatus and Lentinus edodes, 1-3 species of Flammulina velutipes and Coprinus comatus, 1-2 species of hericium Erinaceus, 2-grade species of medium-temperature rare varieties such as ferulae and Pleurotus ostreatus. Stop the production of Pleurotus ostreatus and Agaricus blazei Murrill, strengthen the germ management of sowed Pleurotus ostreatus and Lentinus edodes, and pay special attention to the implementation of impurity removal. The production of all strains should be carried out according to the plan, and the concept of aseptic operation should be strict.

Management of mushroom products that are producing mushrooms

1. Lentinus edodes: reduce the temperature as much as possible, and should be equipped with water temperature, air conditioning and other cooling equipment to produce high-quality mushroom products with thick meat.
