Jingchu Network News (Rural News) low temperature in winter, slow growth of hyphae and fruiting bodies, low respiratory intensity, less edible fungi, but thick meat and good quality. Seizing the good opportunity of large market demand and high best-selling price during the Spring Festival, decisive measures should be taken to strive for high-yield and high-quality production of edible fungi, which can achieve better economic benefits. According to the biological characteristics of edible fungi, the production of edible fungi in greenhouse should pay attention to the following four controls:

First, regulate the temperature. The temperature of the greenhouse must be above 6 ℃, and the most suitable temperature is about 15 ℃. ① is regulated by adjusting the thickness of the roof cover, such as two-film clamping, double-film and double-film, ② adopts the method of furnace heating, and ③ adopts double-shed system, that is, adding a small arch shed in the greenhouse and black plastic film is used in the arch shed, the effect is better.

Second, regulate and control humidity. In general, the cultivation of edible fungi should keep the greenhouse wet 80%, and the suitable humidity is 90%. Less than 80% will hinder the growth of the fruiting body, and when it reaches 100%, it will be poorly ventilated, and it is easy to cause some miscellaneous bacteria, etc., so attention should be paid to the regulation and control of humidity in production. The measure of regulation and control is to spray water on the air, the ground, the bacterial wall (border, rack) and the surrounding wall every day, and water storage ditches can also be dug around the inside of the shed or at the edge of the bacterial wall.

Third, regulate the gas. Edible fungi absorb oxygen and discharge carbon dioxide at all stages of their growth. Generally, edible fungi allow the concentration of carbon dioxide in the air to be about 0.05% (the concentration of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere is 0.03%), and the maximum is not more than 0.1%. If the concentration of carbon dioxide is too high or too low, it is easy to make the fruiting body unable to grow and develop normally, or deformed mushrooms occur, which can seriously cause some disease problems, so it is necessary to regulate the concentration of carbon dioxide in the greenhouse. The regulation and control measures are as follows: ① opens the ventilation hole at noon, but the premise is that the temperature difference in the shed is not too large; when the external temperature is more than 5 ℃, the ② will lift the plastic film to the south of the shed for about 10 cm, and the ventilation effect is very obvious. It should be noted that ventilation and heat preservation, moisturizing are two pairs of contradictions, as mentioned earlier, should be correctly coordinated and resolved, never take care of one at the expense of the other, or lose the big because of the small.

Fourth, regulate the light. The mycelia of most edible fungi do not need light to grow. During the development of fruiting body, most edible fungi require a certain amount of scattered light, such as Lentinus edodes, Auricularia auricula, hericium Erinaceus and so on. Some can not form fruiting body without light, or only long stalk, no cover, and do not produce spores, such as Ganoderma lucidum, Flammulina velutipes, Pleurotus ostreatus and so on. The measures to regulate and control the light are as follows: ① opens the vent and import and export. ② lifted the north edge of the shed by 20cm, rolled up the grass by 40cm on the south edge of the shed, or used a thinner one. ③ lighting, operating in the shed and observing, can basically meet the needs of fruiting body growth and achieve the purpose of increasing production and income.
