De-chestnut technology of high-quality and high-grade chestnut
After the chestnut removal technology is harvested, the cracked chestnut buds can be threshed in time, and the uncracked chestnut buds can be stacked in a cool and ventilated place to make them degranulate after cracking, which is beneficial to the ripening and coloring of nuts and plays a certain role in improving the quality of chestnuts. Chestnut buds should not be stacked too high to avoid heat, mildew and deterioration. The freely shedding chestnut has higher maturity, but the water content of the embryo is also higher, the physiological metabolism is still exuberant, and the heat released by its respiration is still large, so it is not suitable to store the chestnut immediately, especially when the storage conditions are backward. The picked-up chestnut can be placed in a place where the air flow condition is better, the air relative humidity is basically the same as the water content of the chestnut, and the sunshade is better, so that it can be sweated and stored 2 days later, and the storage effect is better.
