Nowadays, the flower market is getting bigger and bigger, and there are more and more varieties at the same time. Therefore, the irrigation method of flowers is no longer single, but towards diversification. The following is the analysis of several commonly used irrigation methods for flowers.

I. the method of energy-saving and water-saving drip irrigation

For some areas with good water quality, drip irrigation can be used for flower irrigation, which can avoid the blockage of equipment. Drip irrigation refers to the irrigation system in which emitters are used to irrigate crops in the form of drip or continuous small flow. The common emitters in drip irrigation system are emitters, drip arrows, drip irrigation pipes, drip irrigation belts and so on. Drip irrigation system is one of the most advanced irrigation methods. Drip irrigation can avoid the malpractice that excessive humidity can easily cause crop disease after other irrigation methods, so drip irrigation can be said to be the vast majority of greenhouse flower irrigation systems.

The best choice.

Drip irrigation is different from other irrigation methods, so we need to pay attention to two points. The biggest difference between the first drip irrigation system and the traditional border irrigation, pipe irrigation and other irrigation methods is "a small number of times". The use of drip irrigation system, pay attention to "watering crops and roots", each irrigation time should not be too long, according to different flowers and planting methods are different, such as potted flowers to control the flow of water from the bottom of the flowerpot. The irrigation volume of drip irrigation system is much less than that of traditional border irrigation and pipe irrigation, so the frequency of irrigation needs to be increased. The second is the multi-use substrate for growing flowers, so the drip irrigation pipe (belt) should pay attention to the following points when selecting the type:

1. The distance between emitters should not be large, and the distance between emitters should be 10 cm. The flow rate of emitters should not be too small and should be 2L/h.

2. The drip irrigation pipe (belt) must be laid with the outlet facing up or parallel to the surface, not downward, to prevent the soil from blocking the outlet when the water is suddenly stopped; the filtration device must be cleaned regularly, and it is recommended to clean after each irrigation. it is forbidden to remove the filter element.

Second, a convenient and simple method of micro-spraying

The irrigation method of micro-spray system lies in the choice of sprinkler, which can be chosen freely according to one's own needs. Micro-spraying refers to the irrigator used to irrigate crops in the state of spraying water flow. It has all kinds of sprinklers and sprinklers, generally speaking, sprinklers are laid on the surface of the sprinkler belt or inserted on the ground, and in the facility, the micro-sprinkler is generally hung upside down on the framework of the facility to avoid affecting the operation of other crops in the field. The sprinkler can be divided into rotary type and scattering type, rotary type is generally used for supplementary irrigation, scattering type can be divided into refractive type and centrifugal type, which is used for cooling and humidification irrigation and atomization irrigation of soilless cultivated species respectively.

Micro-spray irrigation can be used together with drip irrigation to complement each other and improve efficiency. In the use of micro-spray irrigation, we should pay attention to these points:

1. When the micro-sprinkler is installed upside down, an anti-drip device must be installed to prevent the micro-sprinkler from causing harm to flowers after the water is cut off.

2. If the same water source is shared by the micro-sprinkler system and the drip irrigation system at the same time, a pressure reducing device should be installed in the drip irrigation system or a local pressure device should be installed in the micro-sprinkler system to prevent the drip irrigation system from blasting or not spraying.

3. The filter must be cleaned regularly. It is recommended to clean after each irrigation. It is taboo to remove the filter element.

III. Artificial fog method with good atomization effect

In some areas, the temperature is high and dry, which is not suitable for the growth of flowers, so it needs artificial cooling and humidification. The working pressure of artificial fog is very high, generally from 4MPa to 12MPa, so the atomization effect is very good. It is generally used for cooling and humidification of high-grade flowers in multi-span greenhouse, and can also be used for spraying and disinfection. At the same time, it should be noted that:

1. The outlet diameter of the artificial fog nozzle is very small, and the requirement for water quality is very high. Softened water is usually used to prevent the nozzle from clogging. Once the nozzle blockage occurs, the sprinkler can be removed and cleaned with an ultrasonic cleaner.

2. The pressurized pump of the artificial fog system needs regular maintenance and oil change.

3. The system is generally controlled by an automatic control system, which opens and closes automatically according to temperature and humidity.

4. Sprinkler irrigation with low investment

In places where the environment is good, flowers and plants can be cultivated directly in the open field, so irrigation is relatively convenient. Sprinkler irrigation refers to the medium spray used by flowers in the open field, and the range of the sprinkler is about 12 meters. Grass and flowers in the open field are most suitable for sprinkler irrigation. Attention should be paid to: the flow rate of the sprinkler is as small as possible to prevent excessive water droplets from affecting flower production; when the wind speed is high, do not carry out irrigation.

The growing environment of flowers in different regions is different, the requirements for water are also different, and the characteristics of flowers are different. Therefore, the mode of irrigation should be selected according to the water demand habits of flowers and their ability to adapt to different water environment.
