③ raw material acceptance and pre-cooling: according to the raw material standard acceptance, remove diseases and insect pests, disease spots, mechanical injuries and other substandard raw materials. Broccoli should be packed with leaves in clean and square plastic baskets, and the transport vehicle should be clean and odorless. The accepted raw materials are pre-cooled in time, and the storage temperature is 0-2 ℃.
④ head trimming: the qualified product is removed with a stainless steel knife, the tool is clean and sharp, the head is cut smoothly and must not be tilted. When trimming broccoli leaves, it is necessary to remove diseases, insect pests, mechanical injuries and other unqualified products, and the knife edge is outward to prevent injury to the flower stalk. The following specifications are required for the degree of leaf trimming:
A, color bright green 11-13cm, plant height 14cm538 in / CTN, branches and leaves removed
B, bright green 12-13.5cm, plant height 14 cm, 30 entry / CTN, leaves, leaves and buds flat, branches and leaves higher than bud 2cm
C, bright green 12-13.5cm, plant height 19 cm, 24 in / CTN, leaves, leaves higher than bud 2cm.

⑤ soaked in ice water, boxed, added ice
After soaking in ice water, the processed qualified products are packed in time (calcium plastic box) and handled gently when packed to prevent damage to flower buds and eliminate non-conforming products. Print the production date, specification and packaging group outside the box, send ice shavings to the cold storage immediately after loading, fill the gaps and add enough ice shavings on the box surface when adding ice, immediately send the ice to the cold storage for cold storage, the ice used must be clean and free of impurities, all meet the export standards, and the temperature should not be too low.
Packing requirements:
1. Each box of bouquets is uniform in size and standard in placement.

Cold storage
The storage temperature is 0 ℃ and the cold storage time is more than 24 hours. when leaving the stock, the temperature of the corm should be kept at about 2 ℃ (which can be stored for 1 month).
Out of the warehouse
When the products are loaded into the cabinet, the ice shavings must be added to the box again, and the advanced warehouse products must be shipped first to prevent the backlog from affecting the quality and product temperature. the whole loading time is no more than 2.5hrs, and the freezer temperature is 0 ℃.
