1. Cold storage

If the temperature is controlled at 0 degrees and the humidity is more than 90%, the peaches can be kept fresh. A transport vehicle that can adjust the temperature can be used in transportation. In this way, the cold storage can be maintained for more than 20 days, and the transportation time is enough, but the peach taste of this method will disappear. And enough conditions are needed.

2. Atmosphere control

It needs not only a low temperature of 0 degrees, but also 2% oxygen and 5% carbon dioxide, which ensures that the taste of the peach will not disappear and the flavor will not be lost. Keep it for the longest time and keep it fresh for about 2 months. But it needs to be protected in the modified atmosphere tent. You can't let it out, or it won't work well.

3. Cellar

There are ice cellars in the north, which can be stored and kept at 0 to 1 degrees. After being sealed with thermal insulation, they can be kept fresh for about a month. Pay attention to the use of thermal insulation materials, but also pay attention to the temperature can not be high or low, always maintain the temperature, the change can not be too big. It is required that the temperature of the ice cellar should not be too low, it is easy to freeze, and the fruit will rot as soon as it is thawed.

4. Chemical treatment

Peaches are prone to brown rot during transportation and storage, so they should be preserved after soaking with chemicals, so that they will not rot frequently. Soak in 0.1% carbendazim suspension for 25 minutes and pay attention to the temperature of 40 ℃, so as to prevent decay. However, if the medicine is not used to prevent disease, it is not recommended to treat the fruit directly, for fear that the medicine will harm the fruit.

5. Points for attention

Transport, storage and handling should be handled gently, do not crush the fruit, or cause wounds, easy to damage. The stored fruit should not be too ripe and can be picked when it is almost ripe. Potions are rarely used, mainly to prevent disease. The storage place must be a place where the sun will not be received, otherwise it is easy to go bad, and the rotten peaches should be removed from picking.

Peaches can be kept fresh if they are purchased in a small amount and put in the refrigerator directly, but like a large amount of transportation, storage after purchase, requirements for preservation, and those that cannot be sold temporarily, they must be kept fresh through some methods to ensure the normal quality of the fruit.
