Growing vegetables in the greenhouse is to cover the film to establish a closed microclimate to grow, but when the summer temperature is high, the external temperature will be high, and the temperature in the affected greenhouse will rise, so it can not be ventilated casually, and the outside heat will enter during the day. The temperature is higher. So in summer, many people think of some ways to cool down the greenhouse, but the use of these methods also need to pay attention to some problems, can not be used blindly.

1. Sunshade net

The selected shading net is generally not too shady, the shading rate is about 40%, not 50%, this can still meet the requirements of vegetables to receive light, otherwise vegetables receiving too little light will cause poor growth and affect the growth of vegetables. But the ineffective sunshade net is useless and a waste of money. So test it before you buy it.

2. Mud shading

Cover the shed surface evenly with mud, which can block the sun, but don't cover it too thick. If the sun comes out in the morning, it is too dark to cover too much. It is best to rinse it with water to reduce it, and then check if it becomes brighter. If it's dark, do it again. Be careful not to have a deep and shallow piece, which can easily cause uneven growth of vegetables.

3. Spraying cooling agent

At present, cooling agents are not widely used in production, so it is best to consult experts before use, and then decide whether to use them or not. Buy from regular manufacturers, not casually online, or from irregular manufacturers. Use a small area test first, which is effective and can be used in a large area without side effects. Don't use it if it doesn't work.

4. Coverage period

Generally speaking, it is not necessary to cover the sunshade net all day, as long as it is used when the sun is strongest and the weather is hottest at noon, it can greatly reduce the temperature and shade, but when other light is not too strong, vegetables can be allowed to receive light freely, which is conducive to growth and development. It needs to be covered from 12:00 to 3 p.m., but the time can be decided according to the climate.

The main shading methods of vegetables are sunshade net, mud shading, cooling agent, and an evening 2 ventilation to cool down. When using these methods, we should pay attention to the degree of shading, the time for vegetables to receive light, and the different covering time in different areas.
