Cultivation model of three crops of edible fungi in one greenhouse
In order to make full use of agricultural resources, reduce the production cost of edible fungi and improve the efficiency, in recent years, Wei County and Guangping County have tested and demonstrated the cultivation mode of one shed and three crops of edible fungi, which has been successful and the economic benefit is considerable. Not only that, this model can reuse resources, reduce waste and pollution, and has good economic, ecological and social benefits. The specific operation methods and benefits of this model are briefly introduced as follows:
The first crop: Pleurotus ostreatus, Pleurotus ostreatus or Pleurotus ostreatus. Take Pleurotus ostreatus as an example: the seed production was completed from the middle of July to the end of August, it can be inoculated and cultivated in early September, the mushroom can be produced in early October, and the mushroom harvest period can last until the end of March of the second year. A 200 square meter ordinary mushroom shed can feed 10, 000 kilograms and produce about 12500 kilograms of fresh mushrooms. calculated at 1.80 yuan per kilogram, the output value is about 22000 yuan. Excluding 7000 yuan for raw materials, the gross income is 15000 yuan.
Second crop: Coprinus comatus. Seed production was completed from August to the end of October. Keep the strain until April of the following year. In early April, after the last crop of Pleurotus ostreatus or Pleurotus ostreatus was harvested, the waste was transported outside the shed and exposed for 2-3 days, crushed, then mixed with the new material at 4:6, bagged and inoculated. The mushroom shed of 200square meters can use 1400 kilograms of the first crop of waste, saving 1400 yuan. It takes about a month to get bacteria. After the mycelium is ready in the first ten days of May, it can be bagged and covered with soil. Mushroom gathering began in mid-late May and ended at the end of June. During this period, three tide mushrooms can be produced. The mushroom shed of 200square meters can cover 3500 kilograms of fresh mushrooms and produce 3000 kilograms of fresh mushrooms. Calculated at 3.40 yuan per kilogram, the output value is more than 10, 000 yuan. Excluding the material money of 3000 yuan, the gross income is 7000 yuan.
The third crop: straw mushroom: seed production was completed from the beginning of April to the end of May, and straw mushroom was planted at the beginning of July. The raw material can be 60% wheat straw plus 40% bacterial bran, mixed with appropriate amount of calcium superphosphate. 1250 kilograms of second crop waste can be used in 200m2 mushroom shed, saving 1200 yuan. After the raw material is prepared, it is spread in the border in the shed, the thickness is about 20 cm, and then inoculated. Mushrooms will be produced after about 10 days, and 2 tide mushrooms can be harvested this stubble. Generally, mushrooms can produce 6-7.5kg per square meter, calculated according to 4 yuan per kilogram, and the output value of 200square meters is about 5000 yuan.
A total of 16500 kilograms of fresh mushrooms can be produced in the three crops, and the total output value can reach 37000 yuan. excluding the investment of 1000 yuan in the construction of 200m2 mushroom shed and 10,000 yuan in raw materials, the annual gross income can be 26000 yuan.
