Entering the rainy season in summer, dried ears and dried mushrooms dried by sun-dried or dried mushrooms are very easy to absorb moisture and return to moisture, become moldy and deteriorate or breed pests, affecting the quality of goods. The usual storage method is to take advantage of the residual heat of baking and drying, quickly classify, put it into a plastic bag, fasten the mouth of the bag or glue it with a soldering iron, and then seal it in a wooden box, cardboard box or tin box lined with moisture-proof paper. In order to prevent moisture invasion or moth, you can put a lime bag in the box to absorb moisture, put a small bottle of carbon disulfide at the same time, and then seal the box seam with a piece of paper and store it in storage. Another method is sealed packaging and low temperature storage. The specific methods are as follows: after fresh mushrooms are dried, they are sealed and packed in cartons lined with double moisture-proof paper and a layer of plastic film, and the water content of dried mushrooms should not exceed 13%. In a carton with a volume of 0.2m3 and 10kg of mushrooms, you can put a small bottle (opening) containing 5m ~ 7g carbon disulfide to avoid insects; stored for a short time (1m ~ 6months), it can be stored in an air-conditioned room with room temperature 13 ℃ and 17 g. Long-term storage (more than half a year), stored in a low-temperature freezer with 3Mel and 4 ℃. The relative humidity of both the air conditioning room and the low greenhouse should be below 60%, and should be equipped with exhaust fans and moisture absorbers. Under the condition of 4 ℃ dry and cold, dried Lentinus edodes can be stored for 2 years without discoloration, taste and moth.
