Cylinder storage

When the quantity is small, you can put the tank in a cool place, add 10% to 30% fresh cold water, put a wooden frame on the surface of the water, put a container containing fresh mushrooms on the wooden frame, and then seal the tank for storage. Under the condition of 4 ℃ ~ 5 ℃, it can be stored for 10 ~ 15 days, and under the condition of 15 ℃ ~ 18 ℃, the cylinder mouth can be sealed with a breathable cover for 5 ~ 7 days.

Water immersion storage

Soak in water to isolate the air, which can make the mushrooms change color slowly. This method is suitable for short-term family storage, be careful not to soak in iron containers or water with high iron content.

Brine immersion storage

① soak the fresh mushrooms in 0.6% salt water for 10 minutes, remove and drain them into plastic bags and store them fresh for 3 to 5 days.

② cut off the stalks of fresh Pleurotus ostreatus and Pleurotus ostreatus, blanch them in boiling 10% salt water for 0.5 minutes, remove them, cool them in cold water, drain them, and store them in plastic bags for a short time.

③ cut off the mushroom stalk 1 cm away from the culture material, wash it, soak it in 16%-18% salt water, and store it fresh for 15 days. Remove when eating and soak in clean water for 20 minutes.

Chemical storage

① soaked the fresh mushroom in 0.1% b9 aqueous solution for 10 minutes, then took out and drained it. It can be kept fresh for 8 days under the condition of 5 ℃ ~ 27 ℃.

② was soaked in 0.01% sodium pyrosulfite solution for 3 minutes for 5 minutes, then soaked in 0.1% sodium pyrosulfite solution for 25 minutes for 30 minutes, removed, drained and sealed in a plastic bag and stored at 10 ℃ ~ 15 ℃.
