Understand the cultivation techniques of edible fungi, and pay attention to the replenishment of edible fungi
In the cultivation of edible fungi, water plays a role in providing nutrition for hyphae and mushrooms, and is an important factor in determining the yield and rapid tide change. the suitable water content in the culture materials of most varieties is 60%, 65%. In the process of mushroom production, the water content of the culture material and space is gradually reduced, and water needs to be replenished in time. When replenishing water to the culture medium of the bacterial bag, we should pay attention to the following points:
When the first tide mushroom is harvested, the matrix is rich in nutrition, and when the water content in the substrate is still high, the amount of water replenishment should be less; when it is longer than the second tide mushroom, the nutrition of the matrix is reduced, the water content in the matrix is also reduced, and the amount of water can be replenished more. The immersion time of the bacterial bag can be longer.
Use clean river water or groundwater when replenishing water. It is not suitable to use surface pond water and ditch water to prevent miscellaneous bacteria and pests from being carried into the substrate and cause diseases and insect pests.
The temperature of the water should be consistent with the temperature of the mushroom shed as much as possible. Do not use cold water.
If you don't spray water on primordium and mushroom buds, you'd better use a sprayer to replenish water, and the nozzle is sprayed upward to the space to humidify.
After rehydration, if there are water droplets on the mushroom body, it should be ventilated and removed. Otherwise, it will give the bacteria a chance to reproduce and form disease spots on the mushroom body.
Replenishing water with bacteria bag is an important measure to increase production, which is mainly used to cultivate edible fungi with a long period. It should be noted that: 1, Lentinus edodes and other color conversion is completed, before the emergence of mushrooms, it is necessary to replenish water to about 65% of the water content of the culture material. 2. Most edible fungi are replenished during the turning period after one or two tide mushrooms are produced. The bacteria should be cultured first, and then the water should be replenished. The amount of water should be controlled at 80% of the weight of the original mushroom bag. 90%. 3. When the mycelium is sparse, the growth is weak, the temperature is lower than 5 ℃ or when diseases and insect pests occur in the material, it is not suitable to replenish water. 4. When replenishing water after Pleurotus ostreatus, nutrients can be supplemented at the same time, such as urea, sugar, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, etc.
