First, it should be harvested in time and as far as possible before cooling, fully heat preservation in the mushroom shed, and timely removal of dead mushrooms to prevent the spread of diseases.

Second, stop spraying water when cooling, try to keep the mushroom bed surface of edible mushroom culture material as dry as possible, can also maintain the temperature in the shed.

Third, strengthen the mushroom shed, strengthen the thermal insulation management, cover the mushroom bed with straw or a layer of arch film, at the same time reduce the number of in and out, ensure that the temperature decreases gently and prevent drastic temperature changes.

Fourth, dig drainage ditches around the mushroom shed to ensure smooth drainage and avoid Rain Water's attack on edible mushroom culture materials.

Fifth, choose to open the door and window to ventilate and increase oxygen in the mushroom shed when the temperature is high at noon, so as to prevent the culture material from deteriorating and sour.

Sixth, after the temperature rises, spray water to the material surface in time, and appropriate amount of amino acid, humic acid foliar fertilizer or glucose can be applied to accelerate the recovery of mycelium.
