There are three management suggestions:

First, raise the temperature of the mushroom bed

Pay attention to check the greenhouse film of the mushroom shed, find the damage and repair it in time. During the day, the temperature in the mushroom shed is maintained by sunlight and the biological heat of the mycelium itself. At night, the outside of the shed is covered with grass to prevent frost and frost.

Second, replenish water and control humidity

Lentinus edodes and Pleurotus ostreatus grow in autumn and lose more water, only 50% to 60% of the original weight, so water should be replenished at this time. Open the shed door for ventilation for 3-4 days before replenishing water, and insert the water injection needle into the bacterial stick when replenishing water. With the help of the pressure of the water pump, the bacterial stick can absorb enough water in a short time, and the water source should be well water. The principle of spraying water: spray water, spray mushrooms more often, spray less mushrooms when less, spray more in bud period, spray less in harvest time.

Third, pay attention to ventilation to avoid the attack of north wind

After the mushroom bud is born, the breathing is exuberant. If the air is not ventilated and the concentration of carbon dioxide is too high, it will inhibit the formation and growth of the fruiting body. Ventilation should be carried out around noon when the temperature is high, and the time is 10: 20 minutes.
