Once the fresh mushrooms are harvested, they should be neatly placed in small containers and sent to the cryogenic workshop for treatment as soon as possible. The length, width and height of the container are 40 cm, 8 cm and 16 cm respectively, with a shape such as a turnover box, a solid plate at the bottom, a round hole with a preset diameter of 2 cm to 3 cm, and an indented corner block in the lower four corners to facilitate multiple layers of code height. Fresh mushrooms should be discharged from head to head when harvested, and should not be connected from end to end, so as to avoid pollution. The temperature in the cryogenic workshop is 1 ℃ ~ 3 ℃, which can be used after the transformation of the ordinary constant temperature cold storage. After the fresh mushrooms are moved into the workshop, the fresh mushrooms should not be placed separately, and the height of the fresh mushrooms should not be multi-storey, so that the mushroom body can be fully cooled, which is especially important for the fresh mushrooms harvested when the air temperature is higher than 15 ℃. The tools that need to be prepared are thin stainless steel knives or bamboo knives as well as sealing and packing equipment for small packages.
Use a knife to clean the base of fresh mushrooms, remove soil, base materials and other sundries, scales should be removed too often, generally do not need to wash, otherwise it will shorten shelf life.
It can be repackaged when the internal temperature of the mushroom body is reduced to less than 3 ℃. Generally, foam materials can be used to make a single box about 5 centimeters high, each containing about 150 grams of fresh mushrooms. If the sale of plastic packaging is prohibited, paper boxes can be customized. Coprinus comatus is suitable for packaging of 16cm × 10cm × 4cm, Agaricus blazei Murrill is suitable for 15cm × 10cm × 6cm, Pleurotus ostreatus and poplar mushroom are suitable for 16cm × 8cm × 4cm packaging. Determine the discharge mode according to the shape and size of fresh mushrooms, and then wrap the fresh-keeping film. Finally, put the small boxes into foam fresh-keeping boxes, each of which can be packed in 36 boxes and sealed with transparent tape.
In addition, ice cubes can be used to cool and keep fresh during short-term storage and transportation, or transported by refrigerated vehicles, and the refrigerated temperature can be controlled at 1 ℃ ~ 3 ℃.
