Egg flower is usually propagated by cutting or sowing, mainly by cutting. After 1-2 years of cultivation, the cuttings can be transplanted in the garden or potted. Sowing should be carried out in spring and summer. The optimum temperature after germination is 24-28 degrees Celsius, keep humidity after sowing, and germinate in 3-4 weeks.
Egg flowers like hot and humid climate, resistant to drought, born in limestone, cutting propagation is very easy to survive. It is generally appropriate to cut the branch from the base of the branch with a length of 20-30 cm, and there is white milk flowing out from the base of the branch, which should be placed in a cool and ventilated place for 3 days, so that the wound can be cut with a protective film before cutting, and the cuttage with milk is easy to rot. Insert it into a clean vermiculite or sand bed or shallow sand basin, change and spray water, place it under the indoor or outdoor shade, spray water every other day to keep the matrix moist. Move to the semi-shade place 15-20 days after cutting, make it see weak light, take root in 30-35 days, and go on the pot in 45 days. After the cuttings take root and survive, they should be transplanted in a pot with a caliber of 20 cm in time.
