1. Vat storage

When the quantity is small, you can put the tank in a cool place, add 10% fresh cold water with 30% fresh water volume, put a wooden frame on the surface of the water, put a container containing fresh mushrooms on the wooden frame, and then seal the tank for storage. Under the condition of 4-5 ℃, it can be stored for 10-15 days, and under the condition of 15-℃, the cylinder mouth can be sealed with a breathable cover for 5-7 days.

Second, soak in water for storage

Soak in water to isolate the air and slow the discoloration of mushrooms. This method is suitable for short-term family storage. Do not soak in iron containers and water with high iron content.

Third, salt water immersion storage

1. Put the fresh mushrooms in 0.6% salt water, soak them for 10 minutes, remove and drain, put them into plastic bags and store them fresh for 5 days.

2. Cut off the base of the mushroom stalk of fresh Pleurotus ostreatus and Pleurotus ostreatus, blanch it in boiling 10% salt water for 0.5-1 minute, remove it, cool it in cold water, drain, and store it in a plastic bag for a short time.

3. Cut off the mushroom stalk at 1 cm of the culture material, wash it and soak it in 16% Mo 18% brine. It can be stored fresh for 15 days. Remove it when eating, and soak it in clean water for 20 minutes.

IV. Chemical storage

1. Soak the fresh mushrooms in aqueous solution for 10 minutes with 0.1% B9, then remove and drain. The fresh mushrooms can be kept fresh for 8 days under 5 ℃ conditions.

2. Soak in 0.01% sodium pyrosulfite solution for 3-5 minutes, then soak in 0.1% sodium pyrosulfite solution for 25 ℃ for 30 minutes, remove and drain, seal in a plastic bag, and store under 10-15 min.
