Cutting Propagation method of Tripterygium paniculata

The cutting propagation of paulownia is the fastest of all the propagation methods, but the cutting is divided into three kinds: branch, leaf cutting and bud cutting, each of which has its own advantages and disadvantages.
First, the branches of paulownia
1. Select the container with holes at the bottom, which will help to drain the water and keep the soil loose and transparent.
2. When mixing soil, fine sand or perlite is selected, the lower part is filled with peat soil, and the upper part is packed with perlite.
3. Select the shoots of the tubers that have 4 leaves, roast the scissors with fire, and cut the shoots from the roots.
4. Dig a small hole in the soil, put the branches and buds in, and then cover the soil, be careful not to insert it bluntly to avoid damaging the wound.
5. After planting, pay attention to shading, avoid direct sunlight, maintain the ambient temperature at 18 ℃-20 ℃, and sprout in about 15 days.
Second, the leaf cuttings of paulownia.
1. When the flower lags behind, choose the leaves on the plants with luxuriant growth and strong resistance, together with the petiole, pick them from the base.
2. Cut the leaf in half and insert the petiole obliquely into the matrix mixed with perlite and vermiculite, leaving 2/3 of the leaf surface on the surface.
3. Cover it with glass, place it in a cool place, keep the ambient temperature at 25 ℃ and higher humidity, the seedlings will grow out in about 20 days, and then move into the flowerpot.
Third, the bud insertion of paulownia.
1. It is usually carried out when the new buds germinated in spring grow to 4mi 6cm.
2. Break off the extra new buds from the base, insert them into the sand bed, and maintain a certain humidity and temperature. After a period of cultivation, they will blossom in June and July of the following year.
