In the past, Huang Shengyu managed the livestock farm according to his own ideas and the logic in the book, but at that time he realized in frustration that book knowledge could not win the world in one fell swoop, and whether he could adapt to the times and quote old experience was the key to raising. But raising good chickens is not enough. Huang Shengyu points out that the proportion of imported chicken is increasing year by year, and low-priced meat products continue to carve up the market, while there are large domestic manufacturers, and it is more difficult for small farmers to have their own brands, so they often choose to work with big manufacturers to survive. Therefore, for him, after raising high-quality white broilers, he has to further think about how to let more people see the value of carefully raised white broilers in order to promote the industry. Huang Shengyu further explained that in order to compete with imported chicken, domestic manufacturers actively integrate the upstream and downstream industrial chains, not only providing chicken farmers' feed and chickens, but also sending the chickens directly to electric slaughter and onto the channel after a certain number of days.

In this way, such a "standardized" feeding model, resulting in the inability to support the shape of chicken farmers is the same as "contract manufacturing", there is no way to choose and require the quality of chickens. He knows that the strategy of price-cutting competition is not a long-term solution, so he is no longer willing to stick to it in the way of small profits and quick turnover, and decides to do the opposite-- independent brands, hoping to improve his competitiveness and breeding skills through the efforts and thinking of the new generation. break the deadlock first.

Create an exclusive brand and divide the market by quality.

According to Huang Shengyu's analysis, with his own factory, from raising to shipping, he will no longer be in the hands of others, and will be able to better check the quality and safety, and raise the standard for the spirit of "safety and traceability" echoed by them all the way. "at the same time, we can also help other farmers enter production and marketing resumes and improve the quality of chicken." "many farmers also want to take the brand, but they are stuck in the back-end market and don't know how to sell it."

Huang Huiru explained that they can guide chicken farmers in the front end to introduce relevant government policies, such as production and marketing resumes, and control the feeding quality at the same time; after consolidating the quality, the internal factory of the company will complete the electric slaughtering and follow-up work, and assist in the end market sales work. "I believe that such a breakthrough will become an indicator factory for Taiwan's white broiler industry, and it will also be a way to lead the industry forward."
