2. Scientific allocation of base materials. The nutrition of the base material is the main material basis for the cultivation of mushrooms, and its nutritional level and status essentially determine the effect of cultivation. Practice has proved that the lack of nutrient elements in most base material formulations, especially the lack of trace elements, leads to the unrobust growth of mycelium, the decrease of resistance, and the increase of contamination rate and morbidity.

3. Strict cultivation and disinfection. Thorough disinfection and sterilization in culture rooms and sheds are effective preventive measures.

4. Adhere to heat preservation and ventilation. Heat preservation is not only a measure in the low temperature season, but also in the high temperature season; ventilation during the germ generation period is very necessary in production, and corresponding measures should be taken in accordance with local conditions and careful management to ensure the ideal production effect.

Third, the stage of mushroom production must keep the air fresh, but in the overcast and rainy weather, the air mobility is poor, and the humidity of the mushroom shed even reaches saturation, which makes the air in the shed dirty, the disease occurs naturally and even spreads. Solution:

1. Sterilization and disease prevention. Prevent the invasion of miscellaneous bacteria and pathogenic bacteria.

2. Strengthen the management of thermal insulation. Ventilation equipment is used for ventilation, especially at the height of about 40 cm above the floor of the mushroom shed and the edge of the mushroom shed, it is the area of carbon dioxide accumulation, and the exhaust pipe should touch the ground during exhaust.

3. Treatment of delayed bacteria. After the completion of the bacteria do not come out of the mushroom bag, you can move it out of the shed, or open the greenhouse film and vents to cool down, increase the temperature difference stimulation, a week, you can produce mushrooms.
