Chen Jizhong pointed out in the report that the problem of eggs and liquid eggs may occur in livestock farms, washing farms, and liquid egg operators. For example, livestock farms have an average of 1% of broken eggs, but broken eggs cannot be eaten by consumers, nor can they be used as liquid eggs. Standardizing livestock farms in line with good production practices and requirements can be avoided. The legal basis for tracing the origin of agricultural products is in the "Law on the Management of Agricultural products production and Verification." Chen Jizhong said that the Legislative Yuan is expected to pass in the next session. Premier Su Tseng-chang, who presided over the Food and Safety Society, instructed Chen Jizhong that the Council of Agriculture should actively strive for support and complete the revision of the law as soon as possible. at the same time, it also asked the Council of Agriculture to submit the draft amendment to the Animal Husbandry Law to the political Yuan as soon as possible.

With regard to the management of liquid eggs, in fact, the Food and Drug Administration has already begun to announce the "draft hygienic Standards for liquid eggs" and the "draft regulations on labelling of liquid eggs" at the end of May, stipulating that broken eggs cannot be used as raw materials for liquid eggs. Incidents of black-hearted liquid eggs emerge one after another. after inviting production officials to discuss, the Food and Drug Administration decided to stipulate the shape of raw eggs. in addition to eggs with intact shells that can be used as liquid eggs, cracked eggs with cracked shells but intact shell membranes, cracked eggs without leakage and dirt-free shells can also be made liquid eggs.

In addition, Su Tseng-chang also listened to the report "enhanced Inspection of Food Safety five rings-General Review and improvement of the effectiveness of Interdepartmental Inspection and Monitoring in the first quarter of 107 and 108". From 107 to the first quarter of 108, the number of tests for drug safety monitoring of agricultural, fishery and animal husbandry products increased to 104,000, with a qualified rate of more than 96%. Su Tseng-chang asked the relevant departments to take stock and review laws and regulations, integrate agricultural standards, and provide standards that consumers can trust to implement food safety.
