Teach you how to make potted plants with plum blossoms
Mei Ren Prunus mume is a new plant made from double pink plum blossom and red leaf plum. It has the characteristics of plum blossom and the characteristics of red leaf plum. Its flowers are multi-layered petals, the color is pink, the leaves are more dense, and most of the color is red. In addition, the beauty plum blossom will bear fruit, the fruit is similar to plums, purplish red ball-shaped, ripe can be eaten directly, the taste is good.
In my spare time, I like growing flowers and so on, to enrich my spare time life. The following is the flood and drought bonsai I made last year, which is one of my more satisfactory works. Please enjoy it and mention your comments by the way: here are the photos taken during the 12-year spring blossom.
A brief introduction to the production process: the selected purple sand basin is 48 cm long and 38 cm wide. There is no drainage hole in this basin. I used a simple tool to drill a drainage hole in the planting area.
Determining the location of water and land is the key to making flood and drought bonsai. I plant plants on the left and water on the right, mainly on land, and the coastline should be tortuous and changeable. The bottom of the selected rock should be sawed flat, and the size and height of the stone should be scattered before and after. I chose Yingde stone, which is commonly used for landscape bonsai.
After the position of the rock is basically satisfied after many times, the bottom of the rock is glued with cement and the basin surface is glued with cement. After the completion of the revetment, water can be released on the water surface for a try. If there is water leakage to the land, cement is used to plug the loophole.
The next step is to plant trees in part of the land and plant a solitary tree. I chose a pot-raised perennial beauty plum with buds.
Let's see what it looks like when it's done!

He liked it very much and promised to make several pots for his friends. the trees were all banyan trees, and there were small-leaf banyan trees and grafted banyans in Taiwan. They mainly focused on the area of flood and drought and the coordination between trees, pots and stones, and achieved initial results over the past few days.
