Symptoms: Cymbidium soot disease generally occurs in the high temperature and humid season, the affected site appears purple-brown spots at the initial stage, and then gradually spreads into dark brown patches with a diameter of 1 cm ~ 2 cm, and soot-like objects appear in the diseased parts, which are closely attached to the leaves. Affect plant photosynthesis and respiration.

Prevention and treatment: in the early stage of the disease, Duofu mixture (25% carbendazim and Fumishuang 75% mixture) can be sprayed with 500 times wettable powder, once every 10 to 12 days, or 50% wettable powder alone.
