Preservation methods of edible fungi and cultivation techniques of broccoli with double bulbs

In order to promote the development of broccoli industry technology and further improve the per unit yield and quality of broccoli, Chinese agricultural experts began the experiment of double bulb treatment of broccoli in 2000, and two bouquets could be harvested per plant. After more than 3 years of research and demonstration, some technical experience has been obtained, and it has a good application prospect in the production of fresh broccoli.

First, the selection of varieties. Has achieved success in excellent, Luxiong 90 and other varieties.

Second, sow seeds ahead of time. Due to the growth standstill caused by coring, the harvest time may be delayed by 8-10 days. This requires sowing about 6 days in advance before it can be harvested at the same time.

Third, the method of picking the heart. In order not to affect the growth of seedlings, thin fertilizer should be applied once in the first 3 days before coring, and 45% compound fertilizer 0.5 kg per mu of seedling bed.

In the seedling stage, the heart was picked out when 4 true leaves were removed, 2 true leaves were left, 2 lateral branches were cultivated in each seedling, and 2 bouquets were formed in each plant after transplantation. Coring should be carried out on a sunny day to prevent infection; according to the size of the seedling, coring should be carried out in batches. Other seedling management techniques are the same as conventional.

Fourth, get rid of cute in time. In order to ensure the normal development of double balls, the sprouts must be removed in time before the middle stage of growth. The seedling bed should be de-sprouted once before planting, 15 days and 30 days after planting.

Fifth, planting density. Under the condition of double-ball treatment, with the increase of density, the weight of single ball decreased significantly, the diameter of flower ball began to decrease obviously, and the thickness of flower ball became thinner and thinner. Under the density of 2200 plants, the single ball became smaller and smaller, and basically lost its commerciality.

The suitable planting density of double bulbs is 1800 × 2000 plants per mu.

6. Fertilizer and water management. Under the condition of double-ball treatment, it is necessary to increase the amount of fertilizer application by about 20% compared with ordinary cultivation, which can ensure good growth and development. Other fertilizer and water management is the same as the routine.

Seventh, the effect of increasing production. In general, the double ball rate can reach more than 90%, with an increase of 700 million bouquets per mu, with a growth rate of about 80%. At the same time, the color of the bouquet is better and its shape is round, which is very suitable for preservation and export.

Eighth, application prospect. Double-ball cultivation increased a certain labor cost in the two links of heart picking and de-sprouting, at the same time increased a certain amount of fertilizer application, but could save a certain amount of seeds. The total cost per mu of field production increases by about 50 yuan, but the economic benefit can be increased by more than 600 yuan, and the input-output ratio reaches 1 ∶ 12, so it has a very significant economic benefit.
